Why we measure time-to-first-win
20 May 2026 · 4 min read
Total course length can read as “a lot of work.” The number that actually matters is how fast you reach one working result. We call it time-to-first-win, and we put it on every course card.
Front-load the win
Every course has a 30-minute core that ships one real, working agent. Robustness, edge-cases and scaling come after — in the depth. You feel the win first, then you make it bulletproof.
